Meet our hosts.

Jen Fox

Jen Fox is a 20-year veteran of Terminix and has held multiple field roles as a Service, Sales and Branch Manager and support roles as a Technical Specialist, Fumigation Compliance Manager, Regional Support Manager and Director of Service and Operational Compliance. She is currently the Director of Service Delivery and Franchise Liaison and leads the organization's nationwide Central Operations, Field Systems, Subcontracting Relationships and Operations Data Analytics teams who support both the residential and commercial business portfolios.

Jen is an ACE, a member of Phi Chi Omega, is licensed in Pest, Termite, Fumigation and Mosquito in California, holds a bachelor's degree from UCR in Business Administration and her master's degree from the University of Redlands in Management. Jen is active in NPMA and the California Pest Management Association. She lives in Murrieta, CA with her husband Kevin and together they love to travel and experience new cities.

Nancy M. Troyano

Nancy currently leads Education and Training for U.S. Pest Operations (Sales and Service) in Terminix. She began her career in the Pest Management Industry building field experience by running a mixed residential and commercial pest control route. 

Nancy received her PhD in Entomology from Virginia Tech, with research primarily focused on virus transmission by mosquitoes. Nancy is also a Board Certified Entomologist, skilled in medical, veterinary and urban entomology and has over 20 years of teaching experience.

From there, Nancy joined the Technical team where she developed comprehensive academic programs including a library of pest management courses that are utilized globally. Fast forward to present day, Nancy has grown Rentokil-Terminix's Training Department into multiple teams of educators, who manage Pest New Hire, Continuing Education and Onboarding programs. These programs are structured to support a rapidly growing organization and have demonstrated a positive impact on year 1 colleague retention, customer satisfaction scores, and a reduction in colleague safety incidences. Outside of training, Nancy provides technical support for Rentokil-Terminix Operations as needed and is active in the industry, including a regular presenter at state and annual conferences, in the Entomological Society of America as past director of the Certification Board and as a board member and incoming president for Pi Chi Omega.
